Event Consulting
During event consulting, we work together on specific aspects of your event. Your time with us is limited to a set number of hours and/or meetings. During the planning you can expect the following:

You are in charge, the day of your event. If we are on-site it is for specific tasks and responsibilities . There is an additional fee if you would like for us to be in charge of your event (See Event Assistance).

Event Assistance
During event assistance, our team will assist with certain aspects of planning and assisting you with your event. We will assist with the following:
Theme Development
Coordinate and Communicate with Vendors (Pre/during event)
Purchasing Decor and Event Items
Event Set-Up
The day of the event, we are your assistants! We will assist with certain aspects of the logistics and management of your event.
*Event Assistance is charged at an hourly rate
Event Coordinating
During event coordinating, our team takes the lead on all aspects of planning your event. We have unlimited communication during the planning process. During planning, you can expect the following:
Every detail is thought through by our team
We have exhausted all resources and found the perfect fit for every aspect of your event
The day of the event, you are the guest! All of the logistics and management will be taken care of by our team.
